TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All contact with our customers is usually via e-mail - therefore if you have placed an order please check your e-mail regularly!

ORDERING

Orders can be made via the online shop, by phone or by email. Two weeks notice in advance of your required completion date is ideal but we can accomodate orders with just a few days notice. Payment is to be made at time of ordering. If paying by cheque, please make it payable to The English Cottage Garden Nursery, of which this website is a subsidiary.

DELIVERY

Orders will be acknowledged by automated email and then by a human being, at which time a delivery date will also be advised. A signature will be required but this can be avoided if you are able to specify somewhere your order can be safely left. You can advise this in the comments section during checkout.

Depending on your order, delivery rates are £4.99, £6.50 or £9.99. However, as some items are rather light in weight they can be sent, if you prefer, by first class post. Items this applies to will be advised in the product description. However, if you wish items to be sent by Royal Mail instead of guaranteed next day courier you will have to pay via the phone as the website does not have facilities for multiple delivery choices.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

If you require a refund please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Wedding favours and invites cannot be refunded due to their personalisation, which means we cannot resell them.

SECURITY

Our online shop operates in an extremely secure environment, using Worldpay as our payment processor for credit/debit card payments. Paypal payments are similarly extremely secure. Whichever option you choose for making your payment, you will be taken to their respective secure payment pages to complete your purchase.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding your order must be advised within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done via email or phone. We will endeavour to sort out any complaints within a similar timescale.
